Ron Burgundy doesn’t think so – in fact he informed us that "you’re just a woman with a brain a third the size of us…it’s science." While that is hilarious, Anchorman couldn’t have been further off with that one.

Case in point, how many guys do you know that own and use a Gaiam Balance Ball Chair? My guess is you don’t know many if any at all. See, girls do have the inside track over us guys as to what makes them feel good, stay in shape and for crying out loud…live a lot longer. Granted, I know that some of you dudes must be looking at the pic of this chair and are thinking, "Guyville Guy has lost his mind. This is the gayest looking chair I have ever seen." Well, tough guy, your fat belly, ahem, I mean your robust core will have to be engaged as you sit at your desk all day long surfing the web, I mean working. No time for the gym? Bring the gym to your office. You can’t give yourself a better guy gift than the gift of health. Buy one for your Dad too. See if you can’t help the patriarch of the family hit triple digits in age.
