Well it's a hair more than that, actually, but remember when digital technology was three times that amount for a mere 2.2 megapixel camera? It wasn't all that long ago either. I would try to blow up those images to make movie posters and they'd look grainy and awful and I'd find myself going back to film cameras out of frustration.
