Fitness: As If This Wasn't Easy

All of you guys who have a mark you're trying to reach in your workouts, raise the bar right now. We're not talking about juicing or supplements or even workouts to beef up. No, we're talking about pure fitness. Not to put down those guys that are ripped up like a bear, but what can you do with all those muscles?

They are great for show and, though we personally can't vouch for this, probably get more than a few ladies, something making those muscles worth while and some. But lifting weights isn't the only thing in the world of strength training. Probably one of the best routes for overall fitness is pure body control. We're talking push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, etc. Just anything that uses your own body, in whatever positions needed to isolate and strengthen certain muscles and muscle groups, will produce results that are likely to give you a more balanced overall physique. After so long of managing your own body weight you'll gain a control that will rival any muscle head. Throw in some cardio, no matter what choice of workout you have, and you're going to be one healthy guy. If you guys still aren't sure on not pumping iron let me ask you this, have you ever watched the gymnasts in the Olympics? Two words: body control. In fact, any acrobatics will really do. Cardio and body control as one. And if you practice hard enough you guys will probably be able to do some pretty cool stuff, maybe even what this guy does (yeah, right).
