Random: Our Landlords Rock

Every guy out there knows that renting, whether it be an apartment or house, always brings along a little human baggage. We are of course talking about the landlord, that shadowy ghost who seems to dominate your mind at the beginning of every month. Just how much though depends on what kind of landlord they are.
The easy going landlord has those lenient rules: pay on time or close to it, do what you will so long as they don't hear about it, and if you're living in an older building then make sure not to eat the paint chips from the walls. The opposite has to be the ones that give you one day to pay, come to your place of residence and hassle you, or whatever else their twisted evil landlord minds can come up with. However bad we may have it though, there will always be that one who is worse, except for this landlord (sorry, this video is an oldie, but goodie):
