Chocolate. The gift of the gods, there is not one person in the world who doesn't like chocolate. Some people may say that they don't like it, but really they are just kidding themselves. They don't like Hershey's chocolate or Nestle chocolate or any of that other crap candy. No, real chocolate isn't a candy, it's an explosion of taste bud love that can actually be good for you. The secret? Dark chocolate.
Part of the reason that the chocolate from companies like Hershey's and Nestle isn't that good (i.e. stomach aches, increased acne, whatever other causes that prevent you from really enjoying it) is that they shirk on the most important ingredient, cocoa. Milk chocolate, the staple for the candy industry, contains about 10% cocoa and 12% milk products, which means it has almost no nutritional value. White chocolate is the worst though, having no cocoa solids, only cocoa butter, which means it's basically fat, milk, and sugar. But if you guys want the healthy side of chocolate then you need to turn to dark stuff. The darker the better. Try to shoot for 50% cocoa and up. The more bitter it is the better it will be for you, which basically translates into you finding the right mixture of chocolate and sugar that is still healthy, but that you can enjoy.
